We are a team of individuals from Seventh-day Adventist Churches in Dublin interested in improving the well-being of our communities.  We believe the key to good health is found in a life of balance and temperance.  Such health is a gift from a loving God who wants us to live life in its abundance. Come along to one of our programs and join us on the journey to wellbeing of mind, body, spirit and in social interactions.
About our name
Cuisle is Irish, meaning the “pulse”. Our centre is located in the heart of Ranelagh and we aim to be the “pulse” of our community by reaching out in service.
CREATION Health
The Cuisle Centre has partnered with CREATION Health, a dynamic team that provides evidence-based wellness seminars and programs for hospitals, businesses and faith groups. CREATION Health is a comprehensive lifestyle transformation program designed to help people live life to the fullest by focusing on the eight universal principles of whole person health God originally gave at creation. By consistently practicing the eight principles of CREATION Health – Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition – we fulfill God’s original plan for our lives, which is to live and be happy.
